NINTENDO! NINTENDO! NINTENDO!

Nintendo really rules. I am just afraid, because Nintendo hasn't released much info of a new console, but I know it's in development. :?

The 1 or 2 TFLOPS ratings that were sometimes mentioned regarding the consoles would even appear to class them as supercomputers.

7 cores dosen't help if you dosen't use all of them at the same time.
You only get the full power if the game has 7 threads doing heavy stuff at the same time, if I'm not wrong.

I think you are right.
However, the question is if the ps3 operating system is clever enough to split some tasks itself!

I guess creating a modchip to the ps3 will be hard. I am sure Sony knows about the mods for ps2, so I think they fixed the gate which allows to play burned games.

I remember in school age when we used the library to burn ps2 games, those were times! I had maybe 20 burned games
