Don't forget than you can't compare PB with a C compiler, as a C compiler is only a skeleton (if, while, include etc.) to build applications with the API or third part libs, while PB provides a tons of build-in commands (most of bugs are in these commands). I think is reasonnably bug free version is possible, without what we would have dropped the v4.

Once more you start this same old argument with your same old arguments, and i am really getting sick of it.
Why do we need to discuss this once again? You should know my point very well by now.
But oh well, here we go once again:
- PB and C cannot be compared because (plain) C compilers have not
evolved in several years. They were the same back then as they are now.
PB in comparison changes a lot, which makes bugs unavoidable.
- We did NO major changes since the first beta of v4 was out. Any changes made
were neccesary things that became known during the beta testing.
If you look closely (which you probably did not do), you will see that only few of these changes introduced further bugs.
It was all needed stuff to fix bugs or remove other shortcommings that simply should not be in the final release.
In fact, i have a brandnew, ready to use PB library on my computer which
i finished somewhen during the beta time and that i would have
loved to introduce to the public, but we are holding it back for the very reason
as to not make the beta-period any longer. So please stop telling me we are adding too much new stuff!
btw, the final is just around the corner, so sit back and relax...
This discussion is a waste of time.
'nuff said!
