If you're just burning it doesn't make much difference. But if you're into recoding video, the latest versions of Nero Recode are a significant improvement in speed and quality over previous versions. I bought v7 in January and never regretted the money spent for a minute. But I hate the skin on the StartSmart and the Nero Home thing where they try to get you using their product for everything you do.

I agree, Nero Recode is really, really good and I use Nero WaveEditor for all my re-samples. Easy to use and the result is good.
