these 4 executables ?
Which of them supports transparency ? (If any)

The two last ones shows transparency.
Edit: Just realized that maybe you don't sort the same way as I... S3DR_16BIT.exe and S3DR_32BIT.exe shows transparency.
Edit: In the two first ones the tree is near the top-left corner and not stretched, in the two last ones the tree is centered and stretched to a height of 185 pixels and to a width of 250 pixels. I don't know if that was intentional.

The two last ones shows transparency.
Then it seems to be a driver issue.(like Fred already said)
The 2 last ones use the S3DR-UserLib, which uses untransformed instead of transformed vertices.
