Er... so, in short: we're very rich here, why don't you join?

I really think new EU countries will have an economic boost just by belonging to the EU, just as Spain enjoyed the first years, for several reasons. I wish you the best.

Regards,

Once upon a time we sailled the world and charted it....
Once upon a time we where the richest nation in the world...
Once upon a time we divided the world in half with spanish...

But!

We spend it all...
We ruled lousy and lost it all....

Now...

We don't produce squat, we import most of our goods, we have been in an depression for 4 years...

Minimun wage is 350 euros....
Minimun pension is 200 euros!

Our social security system only has cash left for the next 15 years...

Bah.....

We need a civil war....

:) I'm amased... There are people who still think positive. Then this isn't a lost cause. I guess I am too little to talk about this things (17 years old) but I couldn't stand it any more. Maybe us, the next generation will make the world a better place to live...

Hey NUM3, the civil war will only get things worst. Believe me, in 1989, we passed thru all this nightmare. And today we're living worst than before...

eheh

Well it's a necessary evil...

Spain had it's own... that's why they are 10 years ahead of us...

On the other hand! Welcome to EU, your life will never be the same, things will improve... Just spend the money wisely!

Invest for the future!

In my area of the US things are really hard for the locals (keep in mind that it isn't the same everywhere in the US). I make my money out of town (from Internet sales, mostly) so I'm living great here. The average salary for my area is probably $16-$21,000 which is really, really low. We're the 3rd poorest State in the nation. All of our industry (steel and coal) are gone and that has left us with very low wage paying jobs ($5.15 an hour is typical).

I recently started buying older houses and fixing them up for some lower income rental property and I've been renting houses in the $400-500 range in about an hour after the ad is published. It's crazy but people just can't afford to live here!

Don't make me talk about spain, they stole us everything, we were the most rich country (talking about the actual lands, aight). if it was for me, I would kill all spanial faggets. But I'm usually passive and that time has past, however I don't like them at all, they ruin everything they touch. We lived over spain for 9 years I can ensure you I'm right on what I'm saying. And lets not talk about england with their bisexual princes and their lame queen... anyway spain, some day it will be payback time.

kay.. Good thing i dont live in spain :)

Again move to denmark or norway, or sweden. We are among the strongest economy countries in the world, with a high average income, wich you will get much over if you just grap your balls and take you together.. And get an education, act clever.

@Kale: 39 000$ average?? According to CIA world factbook, its only 29 000$, and united kingdom is the 16th on the list. However its much better than many countries.

If you don't have the balls to say something out right but have to put it into tiny bright, hard to read letters, don't bother writing it. TMO. :!:

We have neighbors that actual have some of their Norwegian family over for the holidays (and some extra) and they do make good (it would be top 1% in U.S.) money. And what their kid stated, was what was put forth here... good wages, decent living.

I'll tell you what... I can walk into a store and I see aggitated, impatient, unpolite folks (about 70%) of the time. I watch what they buy, how they buy, and how they interact with those they are shopping with (if such applies). It's not a very warming feeling when you see someone cut you off in the supermarket and then later on they are complaining about a handbag that costs five bucks more at this store than at the one down the road. If it was fifty bucks difference I would understand.

*sigh...

Yes Intrigued, you're right, but this applies only to US, i guess. Here 5 bucks can make a difference. Anyway, I understand what you wanted to say and you're right.
