How much do you take in bench, Brice?
Back when that first pic was taken, I was benching a little over 600lbs. and shrugging 800lbs. A couple of years ago, I tore my left pec and and had some nasty fractures in my chest wall. Now, I am only benching 450lbs. I am afraid to go over that for fear of reinjuring my pec.

I had going to Gym since 16 y.o. until 3 years ago. Some of my friends went to competitions. There was where i really learned what to eat and when to eat; a thing very important, and most people don't give importance to that.
I love bodybuilding. However, Brice seem powerlifter more that bodybuilder. Brice, didn't you have any problem with shoulder articulations while forcing chest in chest-benching?
I was good for chest benching, but shoulder benching was more important for me, because chest use to grow as foam in comparison with other muscle groups (depending on the person)...

hey jesus, true he looks like a powerlifter. Well i think bench press is odd. I have seen wery thin people take much in benchy press.. I guess its a combination of technics and power. Eg im much stronger than many of my friends, even other motioners etc, however a few of them still takes more in bench press. Its weird. In other triceps and breast excersises i take much more than them, but in bench i cant. I guess i cant hold the balance, or is doing it wrong..

Thefool,
i'd like to compite with you for ALL muscle groups: legs, arms, shoulder, etc. I guess i would win you in all of them

I doubt it, psychophanta. Except the brain-"muscle" you might win there..
Ok how much can you curl[biceps, of course]?

But was we really supposed to talk about muscles and knifes?

Curl biceps I got 8 STRICT (without impulse) reps with 30 kg per arm, and with impulse with 33 kg per arm 10 reps.
But now i calculate about 8 reps strict with only 25kg.

Rather good. How old are you?
And notice, that you are very strong doesnt mean that you can beat anyone up
I dont take much with my biceps. In fact im bad at it, i can take a 25 kg but sadly not 8 times. Free weight of course no elbow support or anything.
Triceps is another talk.

I passed the Jesus death age. I'm 36. Sure you are younger, so you should win me
The best is that i have no a genetical bad or reticent group. I remember guys at gym who had very good some groups (big and simetrical) but very bad twins, or shoulder (deltoides), or trapecio,... and they had to work SPECIALLY that. And that is always a problem for simetry. In that aspect i had luck.
However Joakim is right, we are talking about mucles an Alfred Hitchkok knifes, and this is a thread to put out pics.

Hehe.

I once had to talk my way out of trouble with some bikers. Where were you guys then! And thinking back on it, they were a pretty handsome and tame lot, comparitively speaking.
Okay, time to go argue about which is the best computer language! I put my money on the PureBasic tag-team.
