So Flubber, tell us a little about yourself. How long have you been programming? What languages have you used?
I, myself, started out with the Commodore 64 (built-in BASIC, then Simon's BASIC later on), while my best friend at the time had a TI99-4a which we used to program in BASIC. The TI BASIC was really easy to learn, but somewhat slow, as I recall. Assemblers didn't come out until later. It was, unfortunately, a proprietary closed system for a long time (only Texas Instruments came out with stuff for it) until they finally released some programming info to the third party developers. But by that time, it was too late: The Apple 2 was gaining ground, as was the C-64, Atari ST (later) and Amiga (later).
Anyways, as was said, You're never too late to program as long as your noodle is still noodling!
Welcome!
