And yes i said recommended :) its also how well you set it up. I mean of course your system will run slower if you have all the eye-candy you can have added, and system-recovery etc. Also if you run with lots of background app's and unneded services it will bring down the effiency.

However if you tune it to your system, it can of course run pretty well.
Don't forget the overheating issue is sidelined for the most part too and it just runs quieter (less fans moving air in my case for example).

oh :) well i recently bought a new cpu cooler, a psu with 2 fans and 2 extra chassis fans. I have a fan on my chipset @motherboard, and at the graphic card too.
