This is due to corrupt staff.

It was an honest question because the screenie asks for operating system ... It lead me to believe that you can choose your operating system with the new beta.

Right

The problem is, I do not know which one of the staff I need to send the doctor to.

It is a pretty shabby exercise in pettiness though. And not very reassuring for anyone else here. What happens when one of us annoy the begger? By posting something like this, perhaps?
And my guess is that it is the same "staff" who never delivers on a promised product.

Wonder if I'm right? Wonder if this post will be deleted?

I wouldnt consider it petty. In every popular forum, and I mean popular as having a thriving community, both post count and rank are very important. Especially when the community doesnt promote spam as posting. In this case, take a look at the members list an sort by Post/Decending.
Whoever the staff member is, they did this as (some would say) a passive hostile insult in my direction. Now whether this staff member was drunk at the time, or suicidal, I do not know.
But if this person was to say, solve their mistake, and move on, that would be good enough for me.

Problem is though that many posts do not an expert make. So that can be misleading.
The new system does not imply expertise, which is good. But it shouldn't be used for cheap shots either.
EDIT:
Anyhow, wrong thread to be discussing this, I guess.

Well I figured, if this is a new system, then it should apply to everybody and not only one person. This leads me to believe that this is not really a new system at all.
