Is the forum slow for you ?

Thank you for your feedback. It seems to be fast enough again, but if it slow down too much once more, I will consider to migrate the forum to other servers ;).

In fact the forum is still slow to browse here, so I will lock down the current forum for today, make a backup and install the backup on another server and try. All should be online tomorrow even if the migratation doesn't work as this forum will stay here. You can still browse this forum, but you can't post anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience..

Ok, the new forums are up and running. If you experience any problems, please tell me. About the bottom ad banner, it should be removed soon, don't worry. You can still use FireFox+AdBlock to get ride of it for now :P

It's still quite slow on my computer :(
Why don't you try to host it in the same host where the french forum is ? This one is really fast !

Works much better now. I didnt know about the AdBlock plugin to firefox, but since i use firefox i installed it and it works :D

I'm in France too and all is fast here (Free connection), even faster then the french forum...

Will have no problem if browse http://forums.purebasic.com

I also have Free (2048kbps), and it's quite slow, i have to wait 4 sec to see the main page, and about the same for the other pages :( I'm going to change dns to see if it's better ;)

Hum, it looks a little messed up. For example, all the Ranks appear twice under the username on the right.

Also all the different templates seem to be gone.
I hate the standard one. ('BlackSoul' was my favourite)

Hmmm, just tried with firefox, it's fast with this browser, i guess it was coming from ie :)
