why all the fuss, just buy 2 licenses, simple. its only 59 € each. :)

its not that simple. i mean before our lab had 1.2 million dollars in grants, so 60$ for an IDE to write software for reearch wasnt a big deal. now my wife and i dont even have health insurance yet. florida does not recognize an individual ownership in a marriage. im pretty sure that once i buy PB personally, and not through the lab, it is half my wife's no matter what. 2 licenses is like 130$, which is kinda alot of $$ for a grad student out of his own finances. its not a fuss, its me trying to do the right thing, while still playing by NIH rules.

I would suggest you e-mail Fred explaining your problem or, even better, catch him at the proper hours (meaning: not when it's night in France) on IRC at #PureBasic (irc.freenode.net:6667).

PureBasic is an user based license, which means than you can install it on any computer/OS you want as long it's only you which use it.
