No pressure, but I sure hope this baby is ready to fly soon! I need my new PB fix soon! ;)

p.s. This is still waaaaaay better than PowerBasic, which updates only ONCE per YEAR (and they STILL don't have real graphics or sound commands), costs MUCH more and charges EXTRA for just about everything...

I've downloaded it, but haven't had time to put it through its paces...so I'm just hanging on until it becomes final (which should be pretty soon, I would think).

I know 4.0 is the next MAJOR rollout, especially because it involves so many big things at once (Mac support, for example). That's the one that I think people will be talking about...and not just PBers!

I really hope it will bring PB to the forefront.

Here's to 3.94 (soon?) and 4.0 (Not too far away?)!

Mac support bring something to the front page? Thats kind of a joke considering the amount of people using macs are pretty much limited to artists and magazine editors.

The Mac seems to be attracting programmers as well:

Well, Amiga is still supported (sort of), so that argument isn't as strong as it may seem...

Mac support is just another cog in the wheel... But nice to have, right? Who knows, once the MacIntels start shipping next year, maybe Mac sales will increase significantly enough to make an impact?

Sadly the processors arent the only thing that will need supporting. Various other things will too. But I suppose I can remain hopeful. Or maybe more people will finally switch to linux...
