tiny userlib: Exif date/time information (UTC)

That seems to work Sparkie.
It doesn't work with pictures taken with my SE S700i though.
Maybe the program has to search for a tag in the file instead of reading from a specific position?

That's exactly what I'm working on. I have it working but it's too dirty to post as complete code. I should have it done this weekend when I have more time.

@GeoTrail: My weekend didn't go as planned but I finally had time to get back to the Exif date code. I thought it might be better to start a new thread so as not to step all over this thread and sverson's Lib, any longer.
