You can download these files and them use locally on your PC/phone as they are a single html file and don't need to be served, of course they can be hosted on a site, too. The last one is not mine, but it's free, it allows uploading image files and to do stuff with them, as well as simple generation and chat. As a double bonus there is an uncensored model you can choose so you can get your fill of tits and bums.
