Hi,
I am new to Purebasic and I try to install it on my laptop with debian 12 and KDE plasma desktop environment on it, but I cannot get it running.
I tried to install it as described here:
viewtopic.php?t=74875
And additionally I have used this install script:
viewtopic.php?p=645244&hilit=debian#p645244
But I get everytime an error message when trying to start purebasic:
./compilers/purebasic: cannot execute: required file not found
On windows the installation was very easy, but on Linux it seems to be difficult for beginners...
Thanks for any hint.
Best regards,
Markus

Probably took the wrong PureBasic version.
For Debian 12 (x64 - 64bit) take the one for Ubuntu 20.04 /22.04
For Debian 13 (x64 - 64bit) take the one for Ubuntu 24.04
