Whatever you did I unfortunately still can't see any description on the image, not sure what "an image tag" means.

Using an image tag (text) for the image link is meant to help blind users, by putting a text description for the image.

Ah, you mean alt text! Unfortunately I don't appear to be able to see it, neither in Edbrowse on Linux (WSL) or in Microsoft Edge
