having PB Classic and PB Pro with different licensing models may be an option to consider.
pb pro with android export pls <3
(just merge spiderbasic into pb, edit documentation for the platform differences and make android an optional target)

plus ssl/tls native support obviously and add some of rsbasics extensions plus a "marker" tab equal to the procedure tab in the IDE
then sell the android version for 99$ and a IOS version for 150 - common pricing structure

seriously - pb pro pls :)

ps: even gates acknowledged in a recently published interview that they made a 500million $ mistake by lacking smartphone support initially. As usual, they later just threw money at a company which didnt miss the train and assimilated their product (xamarin).

I left PureBasic 18 months ago but I am now back as the lure of Ogre 14.3 has reeled me in. This is awesome news and it must of been a lot of work so thanks Fred, I do not see me outgrowing PureBasic at all and with latest upgrades over the last year or two I think PureBasic is at the top of it's game.

Why leave PB?
I "automatically" bought it because I immediately realized the amount of (multiplatform) work behind it, and also asked myself why I didn't know it already…

Anyway it's just a tool to make fast stuff when you cannot do it directly with shell (OK Fred; BAN me  )

5 years and still going.

Forum threads for PB have a longer lifespan than most JavaScript frameworks.
