combobox gadget not initialized

I think I ran into a bug in Windows x64 6.10

When I test for GetGadgetState(OutputType) (Outputtype is ComboBox) it crashes on #gadget not initialized. But it works fine with the same source code on Windows x86 6.10 and Windows x64 6.04
