Separate analyzer of compiler directives

Is it possible to make a separate directive analyzer for the compiler? If I use AkelPad or Notepad++, it is not enough to use the command line for the compiler, since the icon directives, program version, etc. are indicated at the end of the file. It is virtually impossible to use a third party editor. It would be convenient to run a directive analyzer, which, based on the file data, will launch the compiler.
