I do not get the fuss too.
Quick research:
"For many years, rumors have gone around that Fred McFeely Rogers (Mr. Rogers) flipped kids off on his tv show.
The truth is, he did…inadvertently.
He was singing "Where is Thumbkin" with children and, when he got to Tall-Man, he proudly displayed his middle fingers…because that's how the song played out.
Oh, and McFeely (Mr. McFeely was the "Speedy Delivery" guy) was Rogers' middle name."
So one is offended that supposedly the good name of a tv guy is made fun of or something or has it deep inside meanings?

"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

Just because it might not be easy to understand why someone finds something offensive, triggering, insulting, scary, etc., doesn't mean that their feelings aren't valid.

Sooty, Sweep and Soo all look exactly the same when they're nude.

Then I'd say sorry, but it wasn't my intention, and I'd want to know why you feel that way. And tell you that you have every right to mute/block/filter me/my posts whichever is applicable. Would I want you (or anyone) to keep having the content they don't wanna see force-fed to them? Of course not. You seeing mine (or anyone's) posts is not more important than your mental health, so if you don't wanna see certain content, you have every right not to.
Re: add member to foe doesn't hide his posts
I often do not talk to people who, with their profile picture, show that you should leave me. But I also find it as a defense mechanism. People are insulted and a person insults in advance first so that it would be impossible to offend him. So is this a defense mechanism or an attitude towards people? You decide.

I agree with youNicTheQuick wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 11:53 am Lol. Is this a serious thread? How can you be offended by an avatar? That's really funny![]()

Different opinions, nothing wrong here. Locked as going nowhere.
