Ai42 (GEN2)
License:
Freeware / OpenSource

this tool is part of my self-developed program environment (Engine / WorldCreator)
Due to various circumstances (spaghetti code, quickly put together on the side, completely confusing and difficult to maintain ...) this tool (AI42) was created completely from scratch.

Advantages of the current version:
Clear,
clearly structured,
no "spagetti code",
more reliable than the previous version,
easy to maintain / expand

This tool is used to create file properties,
you define your own keywords, which are (can) provided with appropriate values.
The evaluation takes place elsewhere, such as. a (own) game engine.

This tool can for example be used with the data from "Thorins Quest" / "Dvergatal: The Awakening".

Known problems:
some data sets can use supposedly wrong data entries regarding graphic objects for the new tool.
If this is the case, a warning is issued.

This problem has no influence on the basic data and their processing in "Thorins Quest" / "Dvergatal: The Awakening"

If you want to correct the data, this is easy:
Select "Set GFX" in the menu, a standard path to the graphic file should already be displayed in the requester, if not select and confirm the graphic in the requester.

After saving the file, it is repaired.

The GFX window provides a simple overview of which file is being processed.

If another / further file has the same properties, it is sufficient to load it with "Set GFX" and save the "AI".

The name of the AI is suggested automatically and should only be changed in certain cases.

The rest (ini file) etc. should be self-explanatory.
The program and source are delivered without any guarantee or support.
All settings are set for my development environment.
