OK, it's better under Win98SE but somme things still disappear.

Should work now also on WinMe, Win98, WinNT4

Scaling should be more precise now and you can scale
non-relative by pressing control-key simultaneously.

Also i fixed the freezing problem.
Everything should work now. (..i hope

)
