Please modify the meaning of #PB_Coordinate_Source.

When the option uses #PB_Coordinate_Source, it ignores the rotation function, and the parameter Angle is meaningless. In fact, this feature is too limited.
_User is equivalent to the relative mode,
_Source is equivalent to absolute mode, so Angle will is useful.
