Concerning the built-in Color Equates???

I am wondering is there a way to name the colors in the Built-in Color Equates, in the help section?? All I saw was 216 various colors along with hex values, but no name of color mentioned therein. Just wanted to ask is there a way to display all 216 colors in one program code?
