Preferences location remembered?

Got an idea for enhancing PureBasic? New command(s) you'd like to see?

Preferences location remembered?

Post by PB »

Sometimes when I'm testing a change of preferences in the IDE,
I need to go back and revert what I just tested. This means that
I have to navigate all the way back to where the pref setting was.

Perhaps the IDE could remember which branch of the prefs tree was
last used, and default to that again when the prefs are re-opened?
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

And similar to this, for the next beta, could you please apply the flag
#Always_Show_Selection (whatever it is) to the Preferences treeview,
so that we can see which area of prefs is currently selected? It really
helps when navigating, and is so quick and easy for you to add. :)
