Just curious, how do you find time to code when you're constantly patting yourself on your back?BorisTheOld wrote:the Gods protect me from harm. But I am concerned that lesser mortals deserve more than a vague recommendation to be careful.

Re: Illegal use of GOTO and GOSUB
how about a warning just for using GOTO or GOSUB? yes, they used to be part of BASIC; just like you have a hidden tail bone. Last time I checked "I couldn't shake my tail".
The warning should be "Don't use GOTO or GOSUB unless you are using Commodore 64 BASIC".
Yes, I would use GOTO for testing but not in production code.
and like my tail bone ... keep it for sentimental reasons.

I have lots of spare time because I write bug free code. And I'm an old fart, so I'm allowed to pontificate.RichAlgeni wrote:Just curious, how do you find time to code when you're constantly patting yourself on your back?BorisTheOld wrote:the Gods protect me from harm.
