I started my course last year, and started applying for my student finance in March of last year. I am about to start my second year of study, and I have yet to receive my full loan / grant for last year. I have yet to personally see a penny of the money from student finance, and it looks like they will be messing me around again.

Hassle them. Ring every day. Go to their offices. Get it sorted. If someone can't sort it for you ask for their manager (It's amazing how this seems to get things done). Most of all, be polite but keep at them every day!
To be honest you should not have let this go one for so long. I know Britain is notoriously bad a any form of service from any office, to get things done quickly you have to put pressure on them.

C provides the infinitely-abusable goto statement, and labels to branch to. Formally, the goto is never necessary, and in practice it is almost always easy to write code without it. We have not used goto in this book. -- K&R (2nd Ed.) : Page 65

You won't get anywhere with (an understandably) bad attitude, so the first task is to edit your website, removing all rudeness and profanity, and make sure you are seen to be the victim who is actually a very nice, polite person that should not be treated badly.
I'd put your story, in chronological order, on one page only. No waffle, just the facts.
Send a letter to Student Finance, enclose a print of the web page. Be sure to send the letter using the Post Office's signed-for Recorded Delivery.
The letter should point out that the saga has stretched too long and that you are therefore entitled to be regarded as high priority. Explain how the stress has adversely affected your health and that of your parents too. etc etc. Ensure that, at the bottom right of the letter you put 'cc: BBC Watch Dog.'
Send a copy of your letter to the BBC, as if they take up the case it will be sorted for you within hours - at the same time, many other people in a similar position will get the help they need.
However, the most effective letter will be to your MP. If the MP for the Uni region is a member of the Opposition, write to that MP too. That should be very effective. I wrote to mine (on a different subject), it went all the way to the Minister responsible and a seemingly impossible situation was fixed immediately.
