Sorry for the OT, Factor5 (the game authors) give T1,T2,T3 (and other hits) free in their site! (for use with Amiga emulator)

HI!

The starfield does only work with arround 300 stars on my mobile-PC with 2.6GhZ Pentium IV and GeForce4 32MB. Windows 2000, Latest Servicepack.

If I increase the starsammount I see the stars flying for arround 1 second, then the application quits. Increase it more to 30000 I only see a black screen, then exiting the app.

I will test it on my desktop in some minutes.

Just activate the debugger, you'll see that there isn't any check for array bounds...

On Amiga Turrican 1 is more difficult and longer than T2.

I finished both two on Amiga after loooong playing.
I didn't finished T3, but, you can be sure, someday i'll do.

Here is another fine web where are old Thalion games free to download: www.cus.org.uk/~alexh/

I like C. Huelsbeck music a lot, but i prefer Jochen Hippel's.

The question about turrican 2 is not to finish it...

It's about with how much lifes, bonuses and powerups you finish with!

Damn i know every secreat area, bonus area, boss and pixel of the game...

If you know it just so well, why don't you re-code it in PB?
