No need for a high priest, the search function should suffice.

-- The DH (you know who he is) was first mentioned in a derogatory fashion in the forum's records in connection with his music on May 22, 2004.

-- DH was next mentioned on July 9, 2004 in connection with Knight Rider. This was also derogatory and included a comment about DH's "super macho hairy" -ness. Watching Knight Rider was spoken of as a method of torture.

-- On March 17, 2005 the individual in the forum who would have been hypothetically tortured by the previously listed posting now creates a thread entitled "Ever heard of Hasselhoffian recursion?". Besides naming the beast in a thread title, it included pictures of DH in compromising positions and poses. The thread was wrong on so many levels. The forum was never the same again. There have since been over 150 messages posted mentioning DH by name. Even today (and in this thread) introducing n00bz to DH is seen as a rite of passage by some.

March 17, 2005 is a day that will live in infamy.

Thank you Demivec, I had the impression DH was almost considered a PB's mascot of sort.
