well i'd love it as a dll, version incompatibility anyone?

Ok, I'll make a DLL version. I'll also write user-friendly procedures to call the dll's functions.

Sure thing. Glad you like it. There are many places where this code can be
used. I use it at work, in a loop, on certain desktops to keep the associates
from launching iexplore, firefox, messenger, taskman, a few others.
