Wrong -- I need it. It's just that when it opened, no bar is shown, so I thought
it wasn't implemented. I expected the scrollbar to be persistent, whether or
not one needed to scroll or not.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
