Hello!
I have something very odd and abnormal going on; whenever I download a file, install a program, change the wallpaper, etc. everything is reverted back to the stage before anything was done after a reboot. The machine has Windows XP installed.. any clues on this? I have tried several things like running virus-scan with Avast, but there are no viruses found. Also, if I try to do a CHKDISK (which needs a reboot), instead of executing CHKDISK the system goes straightly to the desktop..
Thanks for any help!
New changes to system are gone after reboot!
