For those considering this book, it is worth the money. It helped me with some things I was struggling with in PB 4.0. It has become a valuable resource.

I can't place order with LULU..

When I click the Place Order button, nothing happens and back to the page, no order history or anything happened, my CC remains undebted anyway, I can't order it...

should be free :?:
No programming language is perfect. There is not even a single best language.
There are only languages well suited or perhaps poorly suited for particular purposes. Herbert Mayer

Always? i wonder what percentage of my posts are marketing? not many i'd imagine. Any how, I don't care what you don't like. If you don't want it, don't buy it, i'll still market this and any other future products in this way.

Thanx Kale:
Is the ebook simply a flat pdf file ? or does it have an active index ?
The online sample suggests just a flat file.
