OK but which Cheese Steak is better the two that are overhyped on Food Network of King of Steaks??? and "wit or widdout?"

Love me a good cheesesteak... place here in Houston run by a couple ex-phillys called Tex-a-Delphia... not as good as King of Steaks, but decent!

Old bugs good, new bugs bad! Updates are evil: might fix old bugs and introduce no new ones.

Both Pat's & Geno's are little more than tourist traps. Tony Luke's is better than either, and honestly many of your best are found in the small, mom and pop type neighborhood establishments. And this is coming from someone who knows the family of the original Pat's.

Personally, I prefer mine with mushrooms, green peppers, fried onions & loaded with ketchup.
