Recource editor

Hello guys

I'd like to have a good recource editor, which for example could compile inside the exe file jpg images and so on from the resource file...
And the it would be possible to for example show the resource image(s) calling with their names, something like:
ImageGadget(0, 10, 10, 100, "image.jpg") or somehow simple like that.
Maybe there's such a system available, I just could not find it....
