So I'm making this new webpage...

Okay, so I'm making this new webpage for crasy people like me...
I decided to use frames and I know it's not recommended...
And the problem is now that it looks fine in Firefox but it gets this damn scrollerbar at the bottom when using IE.
I know I should be able to fix this, but I don't know how, anybody might have an idea?
