Ultra-light (preferably levitating) linux?

For everything that's not in any way related to PureBasic. General chat etc...

Zenwalk Linux should be a good solution. Slackware based, I think, but more easy to configure, with XFCE4 as WM, netpkg as softwaremanager and with about 400mb, I think.
Very stable and fast. Only one app for each task.
For example: vim for editing files and not vim, emacs, nedit, gedit, kate, mousepad, joe, jedit, ..... on one machine.
Good philosophy I think. Give it a try!

It wouldn't fit. I'm using it on this computer. 400mb is before stuff is extracted.

You do realize once DSL is installed you can install a different window manager right?
