ist there a PureBasic internal or API posibility to kill tasks? (Not the "Close" Command which is sent to the application, the taks should be "killed")

I think

TerminateProcess_(
hProcess, // handle to the process
uExitCode // exit code for the process
)

can do that. All you have to know is the process handle.
