[Implemented] ChangeListIconGadgetDisplay()

I would like to know wich display has a ListIcon gadget to sae user's preference but i can't do that for now (unless i use a variable to keep this value)

Could this function be replaced by SetListIconGadgetDisplay() and GetListIconGadgetDisplay() ?
