reading an outlook address book

i was wondering if it is possible to read an outlook address book and then out put ALL of the contacts to a file. i dont want to search through the addr book to find a specific contact, i want to dump them ALL. i have tryed searching the forum, but it came up with close to 100 pages of results....

The only way is to go into OOP ....

I tried it but only opened the connection... I never could get those addresses extracted....

is there a program that anybody knows of that can do this?
or can anyone else help do it in pb?
