Is there any chance you will add a FlashGadget to the list of gadget objects? Not just a container to play SWF movies, but a fully interactive gadget to allow communication back and forth between the SWF and the main application. In this manner it would be possible to send commands to the SWF movie from the executable and also share variables to and from the two. Having the ability to design Flash-based interfaces would greatly enhance the quality and appearance of PureBasic multimedia applications. I hope you will please consider this FlashGadget. I will wash your car for a year if you will..

It CAN be done with COM (activex), i was searching some time ago to do the same but i dont get time yet to try it on PB (i have done it on VB).

Hope that someone can explain how to manage the flash ocx with PB to do this.

How to control and display a Flash movie, and how to send and read email from within a PureBasic application are the two subjects that are currently driving me nuts. Someone help?
