Should be a hidden folder inside your home-directory. Try "Go To Folder" in Finder and enter ~/.PureBasic - The folder should show up.

That's interesting! Why aren't they in user/library/preferences?

AFAIK many Applications on Unix-derivates write preference-files to hidden files or directories inside your home-directory. But the question is interesting... Why aren't they?
