PureBasic business applications

Post by craig7 »

I'm considering buying PureBasic or SpiderBasic for small user friendly applications (I'm used to R, but it's interpreted and not suitable for end users) and I'm wondering if there are any recent examples of business applications? I looked at the showcase, but most of that seems to be outdated (broken links).

Buy both
Look through the canvasgadget examples in the forum. Else, the gui elements are cut and dry.
The business app world is wide open so not sure where to direct.
Database access is quite smooth in PB.

Thanks for your reply. I just mean actual programs on the market - like accounting programs, video editors, website design software, email clients etc.

Here's one from a user on these forums -> http://reportcomplete.com/

Also, speaking for myself, I don't post what I've done. I've had one of my business apps published/reviewed in a major printed computer magazine, but talking about it here is not something I ever intend to do.

The PB developer should look at the Xojo showcase as an example, the updated showcase is quite impressive. It should assist in marketing PureBasic.

In my opinion this is false or you are new with PB.
I think PB is one the best light weight platforms to programming and learn how to..
The best forum, clear and helping hand.
With PB you can do video edition, interfaces and guis.. work with canvas, make games, and a lot of things over networks, serial, etc.
PB can run HTML, JS, assembler, C libs, exes.. and a lot more!!
PB have experience (decades) and gentleness with users.
If you are a millenian i can understand you.

Old scholl dude, respect!!
I ask for respect for the developers, please. Thanks

Greetings to PB team and thanks for this amazing tool!!
