WebGadget based on Edge rather than IE

Everything else that doesn't fall into one of the other PB categories.

WebGadget based on Edge rather than IE

Post by the.weavster »

Does this mean a WebGadget based on Edge could be a possibility?

I don't think so. You can only enable IE11 using the Windows Registry.
It might be possible to create your own control on WebView2.

It would be good to move beyond any version of IE so we can use nice new HTML5 features like css grid

I agree.
If you need WebKit:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=72703

Here in the forum there is also another solution, which I cannot find however.

That's very cool, thank you :D

I'd still prefer something that ships with Windows by default if possible.
