Need help with project (paid work)

Hi guys,
I have a project I've been working on for quite a while now and at a point where I need assistance.
On this project I require a stand alone app that's like a mini file manager. This file manager will sit on Windows server 2016 and operate only via remote desktop.
It's file navigation scope will be quite limited. Functions via buttons - back, copy, paste, create dir, rename & delete. The copy/paste could be tricky, operating across remote desktop client/server ?
I guess it could be written in almost anything but I'd like it in PB for consistency.
I've made a start but I'm just running out of time. Please PM me if interested.
