Form Designer Display Problems

Hi All,
I have updated from PB 5.60 to 5.70 LTS x64-64 bit for Windows, and the form designer is not displaying things properly:
1. there is a horizontal as well as a vertical white bar across my form
2. the text displayed in buttons and so on are not displayed properly, the text is wider than when i run the program, see shots below
3. the properties section bottom right is not displaying things fully
this is what the gui actually looks like when running the program and as you can see, the text in buttons and so on is not displayed the same as in design mode
I tried PB 5.70 LTS full version for Windows (x86 32-bit) and I have the same display problems
I had no such problems with 5.60 ... I have reinstalled 5.60 and this is what it looks like, you can see the problems by comparing the 2
Any advice/thoughts?

Your image URLs don't work.
After clicking I will be asked to log into Google. I don't have a Google account.

ok, updated initial post so the screenshots are displayed.
I rebooted my laptop, still same problem. I opened a different project, still same problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it maybe a DPI awareness problem? Does it still happen if you use 100% (standard) display scaling in windows?

You can install the beta to its own folder and it won't interfere with your everyday installation. PureBasic's good like that.

i installed the beta version and i have the same problem
are you all running PB 5.70? and if you do, you are not having any problems with the Form Designer?

aren't you good, lol
i had it on 125%, when i changed it to 100%, the form designer displayed properly ... but the text is very small for my apps and programs, not sure i can stay with 100%
still, it does not explain why 5.60 was ok and 5.7 is not, is it a bug? should i report it as a bug?

I still use 5.62 (because of the #Null$ bug in 5.70 & 5.71b

DPI awareness was introduced recently (i think 5.70). Report it as a bug
