Binding a child window to its parent window

Binding a child window to its parent window

Is there a way to bind a child window to its parent (with X,Y,W,H coordinates) so that it doesn't appear in the taskbar, and behaves basically like a ContainerGadget?

Should be. No OS specific functions are used.
