It's the first of some Registry Based Libraries.
9 commands to create/open a key, read write and delete values under this key.
This library is designed to handle your own keys, not performing actions on other Registry keys (there will be other libraries soon for that )
It works well on W98 (no bugs found), If someone can tell me about W2K and NT, Thanks...
