Hi,

There's been a long-standing "bug" with InputRequester.
When first created, you can type right away in its edit field, but if you switch to another window and then come back and try to type, you'll notice that the edit field has lost its focus, and you have to click on it if you want to type again.
This may not be a big deal, but it does make it cumbersome for screen reader users like myself, because you can't even make it re-focus the edit field with tab/shift+tab (as is usually the case).
Pb's string and editor gadgets do not exhibit this behavior normally, so not sure what's going on there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open InputRequester and let it bring itself to focus.
2. Type something.
3. Alt+Tab over to another window.
4. Alt+Tab back into the requester.
5. Type something.
6. You should notice that the characters aren't going to the edit field.

There's also another accessibility "bug" that I'm not sure if it was done on purpose (e.g., if it's a toolbar button), but you cannot use tab/shift+tab to focus the "ok" button.

Both of these "bugs" happen both on Windows and MacOS, and I'm pretty sure it also happened on Linux back when I tried it.

If this bug gets fixed, can the requester window (and its input field) also be bigger/wider? Widescreen monitors and high DPI are common in 2020, and the InputRequester is too tiny now.

Yeah. I know this wouldn't really help sighted people a huge amount, but it would certainly help us blind users. All you would really need is to open a window, add a standard StringGadget and ButtonGadget to it, add two keyboard shortcuts, and you're done, well unless it has features I'm not sure of, but that would be the basic GUI. I'm honestly not sure what makes it lose focus, maybe the toolbar buttons, which aren't accessible to screen readers without using a custom cursor anyways :(.
