IDE Window Position Reset

Post by Shield »

Hey

When debugging an application I always use the standalone debugger and move it half way outside
the screen if I don't specifically need it.

Now when I open the IDE preferences and change any settings, the positions of the debugger windows
will be reset. This is really annoying as I play around with the settings quite a bit.

I hope that will be changed.

Thanks. :)

There were bug reports before about debugger windows being off-screen (and therefore hidden), so maybe they've "fixed" that bug by ensuring the windows are now always on-screen. Just guessing. If that's the case, then how can the team win?
Microsoft Visual Basic only lasted 7 short years: 1991 to 1998.
PureBasic: Born in 1998 and still going strong to this very day!

The window positions get reset anyway after changing the preferences.
It doesn't matter if they are halfway out of screen or completely visible.
